Oliver Letwin MP in Conversation with Ed Vaizey ‘Hearts and Minds’

Ex-Cabinet Minister the Rt Hon Sir Oliver Letwin reflects on two devastating electoral events: the EU referendum and the general election of June 2017. Covering the period from Mrs Thatcher to Mrs May, he will discuss his views on what needs to happen next, in order to make this country a better place to live.

Ed Vaizey has been the Conservative Member of Parliament for the constituency of Wantage since 2005. Serving as the Minister for Culture and the Digital Economy from 2010-16. Ed currently serves as a trustee of two national charities, the National Youth Theatre and BritDoc. He is a member of the House of Commons Speaker’s Advisory Panel on the Arts and a Patron of Kids in Museums. Ed is also an honorary fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architects and an Honorary Fellow of the Radio Academy. He is a regular panellist on The Wright stuff and has been an interviewer for the Wantage Literary Festival for the past few years.
